shipping & shop policies

★ i am currently shipping internationally! i ship out of raleigh, north carolina. international customers, please note that i do not pay import duties on international orders.

★ international preorders will ship together, regardless of differing production times. this allows me to save on postage! apologies for the inconvenience!

★ packages are not externally identifiable as LGBTQ+. i do occasionally put small stickers and/or my thank-you stamp on my mailers; please include an order note if you would like plain/discreet packaging!

★ if you would like a different name listed on your envelope/on any notes inside your order, don't hesitate to leave me a note or shoot me an email letting me know!

★ please wait at least two weeks from shipping before getting in touch about lost/missing orders.

☝ regarding missing parcels: i unfortunately cannot replace all orders lost by USPS. please feel free to get in touch and i will be happy to contact USPS for a missing mail case. depending on the results of that, i am open to working something out with you from there.

★ preorder items ship separately from other in-stock items you order!

★ apparel items ship separately from keychains, stickers, and prints. all apparel is shipped directly from my manufacturer and may arrive before or after other items in your order.

★ due to the nature of preorders, preordered items are non-refundable after preorders close. because the amount of merchandise i order from my manufacturer depends greatly on preorder numbers & funding, i cannot refund you for your preorder once the preorder period closes and i've placed an order with my manufacturer. if you would like a refund and preorders for your item are still open, please get in touch ASAP.
