FAQ
why does shipping cost so much/why does shipping cost more than a single sticker? can't you just send it in an envelope?
- the cost of shipping is more than just postage! it also includes tracking, insurance, and helps me cover the cost of high-quality protective packaging. sending out orders like this is the safest way to guarantee that everything arrives in one piece, even if it is just one sticker.
- please feel free to email me asking about lower-cost shipping options, such as mailing your order in a plain envelope! i am always down to work with folks to keep my products more accessible as long as the risks of doing so are understood (potential for loss or damage to ordered products) :-)
- i'm so sorry about that! sometimes i make mistakes when grading my products, or just fail to see something outright. reach out via email to tigerstoothshop@gmail.com and i'll be happy to get a replacement sent out ASAP!
- i cannot directly oversee quality control on apparel and drinkware items, as those ship directly from my printer. however, the company i print through has a history of excellent customer service and works quickly to resolve issues like these. be sure to get in touch via email and include as much information as you can, including pictures if possible, and i'll be happy to get a replacement in the works for you.
- i generally work through orders in chronological order! i do my best to stay on top of my outgoing orders, and try not to take more than a few days to process new orders.
- however, influxes of orders, holidays, and other circumstances can sometimes affect processing times. please feel free to get in touch if you have some sort of deadline; i'm always happy to do what i can to make sure everything gets to you when you need it by!
how do you get [product] made?/who do you print with?/how did you find a manufacturer for [product]?
- i appreciate the curiosity and interest in my shop! however, i don't feel comfortable giving out direct recommendations for specific manufacturers or printers.
- why? because manufacturers aren't perfect. i have had my fair share of misprints and disappointments from manufacturers and printers, and it's never fun. i would encourage you to do your own research, ideally sourcing what you can local to you!
- i do have some products with the printer/manufacturer listed - these fall into two cases:
- they are a local small business that i feel comfortable endorsing
- and/or, they are a business i have collaborated with on the product listed
